Overview
Penmar Industries offers a 30-day window for returns. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable categories include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and select health / personal-care items.
Refunds
After we inspect the returned item, you'll receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several business days.
Sale items cannot be refunded — only regular-priced items qualify.
If your refund is late or missing: first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company (it can take some time before posting). If you've done that and still haven't received the refund, please get in touch.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, email us via the contact page.
Gifts
Gift purchases receive a gift certificate via mail rather than a refund to the original card. If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
Customers bear return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend trackable shipping for expensive items — we do not guarantee receipt of returned products without it.
